My name is Mr. Musich and I have been teaching mathematics at Woodcrest for six years now, currently entering my 7th. I am also a Woodcrest alumni, entering the system when I was in 7th grade and then graduating as a senior in 2001. I spent the next four years at California Baptist University earning my B.S. in mathematics while simultaneously coaching the middle school volleyball and basketball teams here on campus. I started teaching at Woodcrest in the fall following my graduation from CBU in 2005, and since that time, I have taught geometry, pre-algebra, algebra I, algebra II, and trigonometry/pre-calculus as well as coached the varsity girls volleyball and basketball teams. I first became a Christian when I went forward to receive Christ at an easter sunrise service at the age of 10. I grew up in a Christian home and have been attending Christian schools all my life. God has been doing amazing things in my life as He daily sanctifies me through his Spirit and transforms me into the man he wants me to be. God has called me and instilled within me a strong desire to teach, mentor, and serve those with whom I come in contact. I am very much looking foward to this upcoming school year and am excited to see what the Lord will do on campus this year. It is my prayer that each and every student attending Woodcrest would be drawn into a deep and loving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, daily submitting to His will and desires, and therefore finding true fulfillment and purpose in Him. |
